1. INVITATION
Cleveland Education and Training Centre hereby invites sealed written offers from interested parties for the purchase of a CIG ( MIG) Welding Machine currently owned by the school.
The equipment is being sold on an “as-is, where-is" basis.
2. EQUIPMENT DETAILS

3. CONDITION OF SALE
- The equipment is sold voetstoots / as-is with no guarantees or warranties.
- The school makes no representations regarding condition or performance.
- Interested buyers are encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to submitting an offer.
- All transport and removal costs are for the purchaser.

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS
Offers must:
- Be submitted in writing
- Clearly state the offered purchase price
- Include full contact details of the bidder
- Be signed by the bidder

Late submissions will not be considered.
AWARD OF SALE
- The highest offer will not necessarily be accepted.
- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any offer.
- Successful bidder will be notified in writing.
- Payment must be made within 7 days of acceptance.
- Equipment must be collected within 7 days after payment confirmation.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment via EFT (preferred)
- Proof of payment required before collection
- No equipment will be released prior to full payment
